FAQ
Payment can only be made upon arrival at the hotel. You can settle the bill with cash or a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) enabled for international transactions, in euros or Cape Verdean escudos. A commission is applied for credit card payments.
To modify a confirmed reservation made directly on our website or through the VOI Contact Center, simply access the reservation directly from the website by entering the confirmation number and email address. Alternatively, you can contact our booking office via email at praiadechaves.booking@voihotels.com.
The tourist tax of 276 CVE (2.50 euros) per person per night is required.
The rooms are guaranteed from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure
The resort has 1 beach volleyball/beach tennis court, a soccer field, and 1 tennis court. Additionally, guests have access to activities such as archery, bocce, darts, and an outdoor fitness area where they can attend water fitness classes and workout.
About 10 minutes from the hotel, there is also a diving center (for a fee).
Pets are not allowed.
It is not possible under any circumstances to accommodate an infant or child in the bed with the parents.
For infants (up to 2 years old), a crib will be provided if it fits in the selected room.
For all children aged 2 and above, and for room types where a crib cannot be accommodated, it is necessary to book a room with an additional bed.
We offer a selection of gluten-free foods. Additionally, our chefs are always available to accommodate other dietary needs and intolerances. Please notify us at the time of booking.
The beach towel is available upon deposit both at the pool and on the beach.
