As part of our Commitment, the Accessibility Director, in collaboration with dedicated associations, works to support people with motor disabilities and celiac disease, enabling informed choices that respect their specific needs.
BARRIER-FREE PROJECT
For selected properties, we provide detailed fact sheets on the destination airport and hotel architecture. Guests with mobility disabilities can independently assess if the property meets their needs before booking. In addition to textual content, each sheet includes around 200 photos showcasing spaces and services.
CELIAC PROJECT
Our commitment to those who require a gluten-free diet is twofold: in facilities that adhere to the AIC's Out-of-Home Food Programme (AFC), we guarantee a certified service for safe, quality meals. In addition, in some establishments, we provide a gluten-free snack kit, to be requested at the time of booking, to offer additional convenience during your stay.
