Thanks to our collaboration with AIC - Associazione Italiana Celiachia (Italian Coeliac Association) and the AFC (AFC) Out-of-Home Food Programme, some VOIhotels resorts offer a controlled service.
Depending on the resort, the gluten-free service is offered in different ways, always with the utmost attention to quality and food safety, so that everyone can enjoy their holiday without worries.

At the central Gli Ulivi restaurant, breakfast includes packaged pastries, rusks, bread and cereals. For lunch and dinner, a rich buffet dedicated to gluten-free offers almost as much variety as the traditional buffet, with desserts placed in a refrigerated corner.
At the Alfeo central restaurant, breakfast offers packaged pastries, rusks, bread and cereals. At lunch and dinner, a gluten-free buffet offers appetisers, first and second courses, as well as pizza. Upon request when booking, the Pizzeria also serves gluten-free pizzas.
At the main restaurant, at breakfast you can choose from packaged pastries, local artisan products, rusks, bread and cereals. At lunch and dinner, the dedicated buffet offers gluten-free starters, first and second courses. A packed lunch is also available on request and a gluten-free corner for the weekly aperitif.
At breakfast, freshly prepared crepes are available in addition to packaged pastries and local artisanal products. Lunch and dinner offer a varied buffet with gluten-free starters, first and second courses, as well as freshly made desserts. Here, too, it is possible to request a gluten-free packed lunch and find a dedicated corner for the weekly aperitif.

Guests on the All Inclusive formula receive a basket with gluten-free snacks on arrival, containing two sweet or savoury snacks per day. During the weekly aperitifs, gluten-free snacks are also provided. Ice creams are available at a charge at the bar.
At breakfast, packaged products and fresh tarts are available in the resort's various restaurants. At lunch and dinner, guests can request gluten-free pasta in all restaurants, choose from main courses available in the buffets and enjoy packaged desserts and a fresh pie daily. The Pokè Burger offers the possibility to request a gluten-free sandwich, while the Pizzeria also offers gluten-free pizza. The Bar Piazzetta offers gluten-free packaged sandwiches and other naturally gluten-free options. Gluten-free packed lunches are also available on request.
